Pool - a bit smaller and jets in the hot tub didn't work, but it was nice to soak after walking all day. Age - hotel is starting to show it's age a bit, but it's still very well kept.

Area is more business forward so you'll have to travel if you want to get to areas outside of that, but not at the fault of the hotel. Cons: Location - we love Mexico City and usually stay in the Polanco district and this was the first time we stayed in the ”central” district. Car service - can get you everywhere you need to get in a comfortable Navigator. Rooms - booked a deluxe suite for our stay and it was huge, clean, and had comfortable beds.

But outside of that, the bar staff was very friendly throughout and made great drinks. Bar - I always try the bloody mary's when staying at St Regis properties as they have their own spin and the Mexico City one was very unique. Restaurant - ate breakfast every morning, had a lunch, and late night desserts at the hotel and the food is tasty with lots of options, taco bar for Saturday brunch, with great staff. Thanks to Jesus for making reservations at amazing restaurants, Eduardo for going over the top for us, and the head concierge (sorry forget his name) for teaching my wife how to saber a bottle of champagne.

Pros: Entire staff - friendly, super helpful, and genuinely caring staff from door, front desk, butler, restaurant, and all others. Really glad we did as everything was top notch as expected at a St Regis. Wife and I were in town for a babymoon and we decided to go back to Mexico City and try the St Regis.
